Youngtown Rotary Club has been involved with the selling hot food (hamburgers and steak sandwiches), hot tea and coffee, cold soft drinks to the patrons since Agfest started at Symmons Plains in 1983.  We have continued to be one of the many food stalls catering to the many thosands that visit Agfest at its current site (since the move in 1987) at Quercus Rural Youth Park, near Carrick, 22 kilometers North-west of Launceston along the Bass Highway (refer to the map).

Agfest is one of the major fundraising activities that our club undertakes each year.

Many hours of fun and fellowship is had by all our members and their partners during the 3 days of Agfest.

The next Agfest will be held on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th and Saturday 7th May 2011.
